    • What is unique about the Rejuvity packaging?
      Isagenix has developed intelligent bottles. Every bottle in the Rejuvity Skincare System is an airless pump, which eliminates product waste. Look inside for the color piston that allows you to see when product is running low so you can reorder without ever missing a day of Rejuvity.

      • Our innovative dispenser plug keeps product contained and free of environmental contaminants.
      • Sequentially numbered and recommended time-of-use labels are on each of the seven product containers for your added convenience.
    • What is happening to the IsaDermix skincare products?
      We will continue carrying the following products until further notice:

    • Why do sunblocks have to be labeled as sunscreens on the packaging?
      When a product's label claims Sun Protection Factor (SPF), the FDA requires it to also display the term "sunscreen." However, there exists a notable difference between "sunscreen" chemicals that filter out the sun's rays and "sun blocking" minerals that act as a physical barrier to block out UV rays. 
    • What is the difference between a sunscreen and a sunblock?
      "Sun blocking" minerals include zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. These are found in Moisture-Rich Day Cream and Isa SunGuard. These offer broad-spectrum protection against both UVB "burning" and UVA "aging" rays.

      "Sunscreen," on the other hand, generally refers to use of synthetic chemicals—such as oxybenzone—which often only filter out UVB rays, but don't often offer protection against UVA rays. Studies show that the chemicals used in these sunscreens can also absorb into the bloodstream and may disrupt endocrine (hormonal) systems.These chemicals are not found in any of our Isagenix “no-compromise” formulas.
    • Should I reapply SPF 15 throughout the day?
      An SPF of 15 will allow you to be in the sun 15 times longer without burning your skin by blocking out up to 93 percent of the sun's UV rays. It is what is recommended by dermatologists for use year-round for all-around protection. 

      When you anticipate going outdoors for an extended time (more than 20 minutes), it's recommended to reapply Moisture-Rich Day Cream SPF 15 on a regular basis or Isa SunGuard SPF 30 depending on your skin sensitivity. You should be aware that SPF levels will not increase proportionally with an increased SPF numbers. Many products that offer SPF greater than 30 are also often misleading in their claims. 

      Isagenix always recommends safe sun exposure with use of sun-protective clothing, hats, and physical sun blockers like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide with Moisture-Rich Day Cream and Isa SunGuard. The zinc in our sunblock is a microfiber particle size for even distribution. 
    • Are Rejuvity products environmentally friendly?
      Yes. All of the Rejuvity packaging is BPA free and filled in our OTC-certified U.S. facility. Our Rejuvity tubes are 100% recyclable. In addition, our Bamboo Exfoliating Polish utilizes bamboo from farmed resources as opposed to natural rainforests.
    • Is any testing done on animals?
      No. Rejuvity is a cruelty-free skin care line and we do no testing on animals.
    • Does Rejuvity have any preservatives?
      No. Rejuvity does not contain traditional preservatives. It does however contain natural preservatives from botanical extracts.

    • Will Rejuvity work for all skin types and ethnicities?
      Yes. Rejuvity has been formulated to work with most skin types. Sensory tests were conducted on many different subjects with a wide range of ethnicities and skin types and the formula was adjusted to provide health benefits for all of our markets.
    • Is the line recommended for teens?
      The Purifying Cleanser, Hydrating Toner, Bamboo Exfoliator, and Day Cream are toxicologist reviewed and are appropriate for teenagers age 13 and up. 
    • Can pregnant or lactating women use Rejuvity?
      Yes, however, it is advised to avoid applying below the neck if breastfeeding to avoid contact with an infant. Our Renewing Night Cream is the only one of the seven products that does contain retinol, but all of our products have been toxicologist tested.
    • Can men use Rejuvity?
      Both men and women can reap the benefits of this amazing new line. The aging process of male skin cells mimics that of women and the line has been designed with natural fragrances that appeal to both men and women.
    • How long will the product last? How often will I need to reorder?
      Although we fill our bottles and tubes to last at least one month, usage is dependent on the amount dispensed at each application. Generally one order will last from one to three months.
    • Can I take the products with me when I travel?
      Yes. All of the Rejuvity products are packed in bottles or tubes that are less than 3 fluid ounces making them convenient for travel. In addition, our Rejuvity cosmetic bag is TSA approved for your convenience. So you can rest assured these products are great for those on the go.
    • How long does it take to see results from Rejuvity?
      As with any new skin care product, it may take some time for your skin to adjust. Your skin will need to detox and may go through a brief adjustment period.
    • How were the clinical results measured?
      Our clinical studies were conducted using specialized equipment designed for measuring skin elasticity, moisture, firmness, wrinkle depth and UV damage.
    • What is the return policy?
      While we’re confident you will love our new Rejuvity Skincare products, your first purchase is covered under our 30-day money back guarantee. This includes both open and unopened containers. Please note that Associate fees, shipping fees, administration fees, literature and sales aids are not refundable, except as required by law.
    • Why do I feel a tingling sensation after applying my Rejuvity product?
      This may be caused by sensitivity to the active ingredients. Some skin types may be more sensitive than others. If you have sensitive skin, start gradually by using the product every 3 to 4 days over a 30-day period. Then increase use to every day. If you continue to experience tingling or irritation that lasts more than three days, discontinue use.
    • Can I apply moisturizer or makeup right after application of Essential Youth Serum? 
      For best results, wait five minutes before applying any product after the Essential Youth Serum. 
    • Do I need to wait any period of time before applying the next product in the Rejuvity line?
      After applying each product, wait until fully dry before applying the next product. This allows the product to fully absorb into the skin.
    • Can I use Ageless Renewal Serum with the new Rejuvity® Skincare System?
      Ageless Renewal Serum should be used as a standalone product with Ageless Essentials Daily Pack. We have not studied the effects of ARS and Rejuvity together, as their respective technologies are not comparable. If you currently use ARS and it works for your routine, don’t worry – we will continue to offer ARS for the foreseeable future. However, we strongly encourage you to try the Rejuvity system; it represents the most advanced technology in skincare.
    • Can I use the IsaDermix C-Serum with this system? When would I apply it?
      Yes. You can apply the C-Serum five minutes after applying the Youth Serum. Please note that Rejuvity’s Essential Youth Serum contains more CoQ10 than the C-Serum.
    • Can I use the products on my neck and chest?
      Yes, feel free to apply the Moisturizing Day Cream, Renewing Night Cream, and Essential Youth Serum to your neck and upper chest area.
    • Can I use the Age-Defying Eye Cream in the morning and the evening?
      Yes. The Age-Defying Eye Cream can be used both in the morning and at night.
    • After using the Moisturizing Day Cream, can I follow up with Isa SunGuard?
      Yes. Isa SunGard can be used after applying the Moisturizing Day Cream, although the Moisturizing Day Cream already includes broad-spectrum SPF 15.
    • If I stop using one of the products, will the skincare system still work?
      The products are formulated to work together and it is highly recommended that all seven products be used together. However, you may use the individual products as well.
    • Can I use the Bamboo Exfoliating Polish daily?
      We recommend using the exfoliator no more than two times per week. Over-exfoliating can cause irritation and inflammation of the skin. The scrub is specifically formulated to be used on the face and neck. Irritation testing has not been performed on other parts of the body. The scrub should never be used on intimate parts of the body or directly around the eyes.
    • Do I need to use a makeup remover before I use the cleanser?
      Yes. Although the cleanser does help remove facial makeup, it is not a makeup remover and depending on the type of makeup you use, extra application of the cleanser may be necessary.
    • Can I use a hand-held facial brush or other cleansing device?
      Yes. You can use a hand-held device with the Rejuvity Purifying Cleanser; however, it is not recommended for the Bamboo Exfoliating Polish to avoid over-drying or abrasion.
    • Should I use the products if I have rosacea?
      Common triggers for rosacea are generally alcohols, salicylic acid, chemical sunscreens and artificial fragrances. Rejuvity does not contain any of these irritants. All of these products contain natural skin conditioning agents including apple fruit and lentil extract to help soothe the skin and reduce potential itching and irritation.
    • Do Rejuvity products contain Glycolic acid?
      No. Glycolic acid is not an ingredient in our products. 
    • Do the Rejuvity products contain Polyethylene glycols (PEGs)?
      Yes. The Purifying Cleanser contains PEGs. However, PEGs have no known skin toxicity and have been reviewed by the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Board and Society of Cosmetic Chemists and have been found to be completely safe for use in personal care products. In addition, all of our products have undergone detailed toxicological testing.
    • How is the retinol in your night cream encapsulated?
      Our retinol is encapsulated using specialized equipment and is pumped though a holding apparatus. A specialized vibrational nozzle provides laminar flow of the retinol through coconut oil that is used as an external binder. The vibration leads to very uniform droplets of lightly coated retinol.
    • What is in the C2C Complex?
      An enhanced moisturizing blend of advanced peptides, crocus bulb, watermelon, apple and lentil that creates a powerful renewing complex that is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
